		<description>Thank you soo much!  I can not find almond flour, so am going to try making my own in the food processor.  First these cookies and then the black pepper and rosemary cornmeal cookies.  hmmm, I can just bake from your blog this year...:-)

		<description>Oh Tara, good catch! I corrected the recipe. The almonds go into the caramel right after you remove it from the stove. I have also put the almonds on top of the partially baked shortbread and then poured the caramel over the top, using a spatula to make sure all of the almonds are coated with caramel. Either way works.</description>
