Thank you, Jessica! At the risk of being totally immodest, I completetly agree. I could not stop eating these cookies over the holiday, even when I ran out of my private stash and had to open someone else’s cookie package to “steal” them. Clearly, they should be illegal. Oh gosh, now I really really want one.

I made this recipe twice during Christmas and I must say that it is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. This is the type of dessert that will make you squeal giddily while you’re eating it because you simply cannot believe that anything this good can exist. Incredible dessert, it’s almost impossible to eat small amounts!

Thank you soo much! I can not find almond flour, so am going to try making my own in the food processor. First these cookies and then the black pepper and rosemary cornmeal cookies. hmmm, I can just bake from your blog this year…:-)
