First, yes the dough should still be cold when it goes into the oven. If you work quickly, you won&#039;t need to refrigerate. Otherwise though, pop the tray into the frig for at least 20 minutes before baking.
Second, make sure you are using 9 1/4 ounces of flour (2 cups). Different measuring methods may produce different amounts of flour.
