I agree that brining is the &quot;secret&quot; to great chicken, turkey and pork. It really is worth the extra step to ensure moist, perfectly seasoned meat.

I would like to make your rib recipe for my BBQ on the 4th of July. I am certain that I will have trouble finding apple cider here in Maryland this time of year (I usually can&#039;t find it until the Fall). Would unsweetened apple juice be an exceptable substitute? Thanks so much!</description>
