I could take it more seriously if you had had enough courage of your convictions to leave your name. It is easy to criticize thoughtlessly when there are no personal ramifications.Many of these restaurants have pastry chefs, and the article mentions their names. If you had tasted some of these amazing desserts, you would not compare them to Applebees. The Northwest dessert style is more &quot;homey&quot; than in some other parts of the country, as mentioned. Boston, for instance,almost goes to the opposite extreme with their intricate plating.
