Donna, chocolate ganache is the foundation of this sauce, and it is very thick when cold. You need to warm the sauce before using, and then it should be completely smooth. Hope this helps!

Does your chocolate sauce go a little bit lumpy once it has sit for a while? And how could i fix this? Other wise its a wikidly good recipe

Thanks Megan! It’s barely any more difficult or time consuming to make a chocolate sauce than to melt chocolate. So easy and so good!

wow, these photos are wonderful-that chocolate sauce looks so decadent and sinfully rich! Never again will I be content with simply melting a few chocolate chips in the microwave to dip my fruit in-this is definitely the way to go!
