Interestingly, I too add a touch of Gorgonzola (also Gruyere) to LunaCafe Quintessential Mac & Cheese (and also to egg salad for sandwiches. Thinly shaved prosciutto in the middle and herbed breadcrumbs baked on top... Yum.Alas, it was a heart-attack-on-a-stick.
